Here I have this table lamp for you by the Danish artist Karsten Nielsen. The ceramist Karsten Nielsen founded his workshop on July 1st, 1980 in the port city of Frederikshavn and still works there today. This handcrafted lamp from the late 1980s is made from off-white shards and glazed in stunning shades of blue. This color combination gives the lamp an unmistakable maritime charm. Due to the strong colors of this lamp, it also comes into its own on dark precious wood furniture. You can find many other ceramics from Scandinavia in my other advertisements.
Condition: undamaged with normal signs of age, with monogram on the bottom.
Dimensions: diameter approx. 15.5 cm, height with lamp socket approx. 24 cm. The lamp has an E27 socket.
