Here I have this table lamp with serial number 6609 from Michael Andersen's ceramic workshop in Bornholm. The lamp was made by Marianne Starck - one of the most famous ceramists in Scandinavia of the 20th century, who worked for Michael Andersen, among others. The lamp is made of light ceramic and decorated with a yellow Persia glaze - a lamp in this decor is so very difficult to find. A very nice piece of Danish design history for your home. You can find many more wall plates, lamps and bowls from the Bornholm potteries in my other advertisements.
Condition: the lamp body is undamaged and shows normal signs of age, only slight abrasions on the underside; see picture number 7. With signature on the bottom.
Dimensions: diameter: approx. 10cm, height with lamp socket approx. 29cm. The lamp has an E27 socket.
