Here I have this lamp for you, with a very rare glaze, from the well-known Danish ceramic workshop Søholm Keramik from the island of Bornholm. The ceramist Einar Johansen worked for Søholm Ceramics from 1958-1966 and is now considered one of the most sought-after designers from Søholm, which is why ceramics by him are rare to find. This table lamp with the serial number 3012 is decorated with a geometric ornament reminiscent of fish scales. The extremely rare yellowish-green glaze of the lamp is particularly striking. It combines elegance and functionality and is a perfect example of true mid-century design. Due to the bright ceramic and glaze, this lamp looks particularly good on dark teak furniture. In my other advertisements you will find many more suitable objects from Søholm Ceramics.
Condition: undamaged with normal signs of age, with manufacturer's stamp and serial number on the bottom. This lamp comes with the original lampshade.
Dimensions: Lamp base diameter: approx. 13.5 cm, height with lamp socket approx. 31 cm, height with lampshade approx. 45 cm. The lampshade is approx. 20cm high and 23cm wide. The lamp has an E27 socket.
